Voided bet stakes are returned to the account balance. p998 does not void bets after settlement except where an official result is subsequently overturned by the relevant governing body.
Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, due to a technical fault or data feed error resulting in odds that do not reflect the real market — p998 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. p998 will not profit from pricing errors in either direction.
In-play betting markets are available for selected cricket, football and other events on p998. In-play odds update in real time and bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to account for live data processing. p998 is not responsible for the outcome of bets placed on incorrect in-play data where the error is caused by an upstream data provider, though such bets may be reviewed and voided where appropriate.

Where an account is closed via the self-exclusion tool, the account will not be reopened during the exclusion period regardless of the player's request to do so.
